Jobot, a well established oil and gas company in Indiana, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our talented team. You will manage payroll for corporate, field, production, and project-based operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing across a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of wage and hour regulations, payroll taxes, and deductions, and proficiency with Dayforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-state organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use additional software programs and web-based portals.
• Working knowledge of Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other payroll processing systems.
• Experience working in a union environment, including certified payroll.
