Job summary

Jobot in Indiana seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for corporate, field, and project-based staff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll, strong knowledge of wage and hour regulations, and experience with Dayforce or similar systems. Excellent attention to detail and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-state organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn additional software quickly.
• Experience with Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other payroll systems.
• Experience in a union environment, including certified payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately for employees across multiple sites and states.
• Maintain employee payroll records and manage deductions and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and reporting.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and support the company’s payroll operations within a fast-paced oil and gas environment. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees working across corporate, field, production, and project-based operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processing, wage and hour regulations, payroll taxes, deductions, and employee records.

Job Details
