In this role, you’ll gain exposure to payroll, audits, and reconciliation processes for an organization with 2,000+ employees in a multistate environment.Key Responsibilities:Process and issue weekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate updates, adjustments and compliance with internal policiesReview and audit payroll data in UKG, investigate discrepancies, calculate retroactive payments, and coordinate with management to resolve issuesAudit and approve timecard changes in the Workforce Management system; monitor timesheet and leave request status, and follow up on missing or unapproved entriesGenerate payroll reports, conduct regular data audits, and support internal and external reporting needsResponsible for post-payroll duties including but not limited to, assembling the general ledger report, storing payroll registers and communicating with Controller and Finance partnersManage the payroll inbox by responding to administrative tasks and requests including resetting passwords, reviewing the accuracy of all data and deductions, and ensuring properManage uncashed check and rapid pay card processesKnowledge, Skills & Experience Required:2-3 years of experience processing payroll with an hourly workforceAt least 1 year of experience with UKG Pro and Workforce ManagementDetail-oriented with respect to payroll and HR dataOrganized individual with strong follow-through skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and willingness to help a large employee baseProven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload in a busy environment______Any disclosed pay range is based on a consideration of neutral factors and criteria such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, seniority, etc. The Parking Spot reserves the right to offer the selected candidate or applicant a salary at an appropriate level to be set and determined by the employer that is commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, or seniority.At The Parking Spot, we don’t just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
