Job summary

The Parking Spot is the leading near-airport parking company with a nationwide presence. We are hiring an Area Manager to oversee daily operations for 2–3 locations in a region, supervise General Managers and staff, and drive hospitality standards.

Salary range is $80,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance and 401(k). We offer employee ownership, development opportunities, and a team-focused culture.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in a management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Analytical mindset and ability to summarize data for reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations for 2–3 properties within a region.
• Supervises General Managers and staff at assigned lots.
• Ensures prompt attendance and completion of duties; interviews and trains staff.
• Performs audits, maintains DOT compliance for shuttles, and manages budgets.
• Ensures hospitality standards and handles customer service issues.

The Area Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our locations within a given region.
