This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and performance marketing — you'll be the hands-on builder turning brand strategy into high-performing assets for Email Marketing and Paid Media. You'll work daily within the Digital Marketing team while partnering closely with Brand Marketing to ensure every asset you produce is both on-brand and optimized to convert.This is a "maker" role: you're not just briefing a designer — you are the designer/producer for performance channels, with a particular focus on Email Marketing. You'll create assets and ad variants, then use performance data to iterate quickly and improve results.Key Responsibilities:Creative Production for Email Marketing and Paid MediaGenerate on-brand email templates and visual assets for promotional email campaigns, then build those emails directly in an ESPManage the end-to-end execution of email marketing and mobile push campaigns: planning, creation, segmentation, QA, scheduling, and analysisEnsure all copy aligns with each email’s creative directionManage the promotional calendar and partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Revenue Management and Sales) to align promotions with company objectivesDesign and produce static and animated assets for paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns (Google, Meta, Display Ads, etc.)Adapt and resize creative across formats, aspect ratios, and platform specs (stories, feeds, in-app, responsive email)Write or refine supporting ad copy, subject lines, and CTAs in partnership with copywriters/Brand MarketingPerformance & OptimizationLaunch creative A/B and multivariate tests across paid and email channels to identify top-performing conceptsOwn creative-level performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA/ROAS) and translate data into actionable creative iterationsDevelop and maintain a rolling test-and-learn calendar to combat creative fatigue and keep campaigns freshCross-Functional CollaborationServe as the connective tissue between Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing, translating brand guidelines, campaign themes, and visual identity into performance-ready assetsManage asset requests, timelines, and feedback loops with both teams to keep production moving on scheduleMaintain and organize a shared creative asset library/versioning systemKnowledge, Skills & Experience Required:2–4 years of experience generating creative assets for digital marketing campaignsHands-on proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.), as well as emerging creative AI toolsExperience building and deploying emails in an ESP, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud; basic HTML/CSS for email template customizationWorking knowledge of ad platform creative specs (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)Understanding of performance metrics and how creative decisions impact Open Rates, CTR, CVR, and CPA/ROASStrong eye for design and brand consistency, balanced with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindsetExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent asset requests/deadlinesExperience working cross-functionally between commercial teams______Any disclosed pay range is based on a consideration of neutral factors and criteria such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, seniority, etc. The Parking Spot reserves the right to offer the selected candidate or applicant a salary at an appropriate level to be set and determined by the employer that is commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, or seniority.At The Parking Spot, we don’t just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
