Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll, HR or related field.
• 1-2 years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule due to year-end overtime.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure accurate payroll processing for clients and respond to service requests.
• Perform basic analyses, reporting, audits, and year-end activities.
