Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to drive sales of payroll and HR solutions to small and mid-sized merchants in the region. You will prospect, present, and close deals, reporting to a Payroll Division Manager and training with a Territory Manager.

You will use Atlas CRM to manage leads, upsell to related Heartland products, and maintain regular client communications. After training, you’ll set your own field-based schedule to maximize commissions and residuals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Incentive-driven sales “hunter”
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM (Atlas).
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN.
• Build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Set appointments with business owners in person or via referrals.
• Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales.
• During training, learn the short-cycle sales process with leadership.
