Job summary

Quality Talent Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Lead to drive large-scale payroll system implementations and upgrades. The role collaborates with IT, Finance, HR and external vendors to deliver accurate, compliant payroll processes.

• 5+ years of payroll operations experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of implementing payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale payroll system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for payroll initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies for payroll projects.
