Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a seasoned payroll program manager to lead large-scale payroll system implementations and upgrades across our global operations.

You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate with IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. The role also demands strong analytical skills and risk management to deliver changes on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll operations experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale payroll system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for payroll initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies for payroll projects.
