Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead payroll system implementations and related initiatives. The role focuses on delivering large-scale upgrades, coordinating with IT, Finance, HR, and vendors to ensure successful deployment and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale payroll system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for payroll initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for payroll projects.
