Job summary

The TKO Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Lumberton, North Carolina. You will process payroll for assigned groups, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and maintain confidentiality in all payroll activities.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned employee groups.
  • Review timekeeping data, wage calculations, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy.
  • Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed.
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, questions, and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure payroll activities comply with internal procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, summaries, and related documentation.
  • Assist with year-end processes, including tax forms and reporting support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to support payroll-related processes.
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and process improvements as needed.
  • Assist the office with miscellaneous accounting responsibilities as needed.
