Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper (PCB) to manage cash accuracy and payroll tasks while coordinating recruitment, hiring and training activities. The role supports the Store Director and is an hourly, non-exempt position with scheduling determined by store needs.

The PCB handles till and safe audits, deposits, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with AML, Western Union and Lotto processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly cash-up procedures, including till reconciliation, deposits, safe audits and verification of sales.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes per Division guidelines.
• Submit payroll and maintain time records in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor AML, Western Union and Lotto compliance and related reporting.
• Maintain office and cashier area cleanliness and organization; support Front End operations.
