Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper (PCB) to support store operations with accurate cash handling and payroll processing. The role also coordinates recruiting and onboarding activities and ensures compliance with company policies.

The position requires attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and people in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling, reconciliation and financial recordkeeping experience.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll processing.
• Basic HR functions including onboarding and leave tracking.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, timekeeping tools and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with team members and leadership.
• Reliable with consistent attendance and policy compliance.
• Awareness of AML, Western Union and lottery regulations.
