Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Distribution Specialist to manage high-volume payroll material distribution. You will handle end-to-end printing, packaging, and preparation of payrolls for our client base, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams. On-site position with benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based printing solutions is a plus.
• Experience with administrative/clerical procedures expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and willingness to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare payroll packages with required documents.
• Operate and manage printing and mailing equipment to ensure timely processing.
• Inspect and package printed payroll checks with quality controls.
• Coordinate daily mail posting and shipping labels per schedules.
• Maintain logs and checklists for tracking package movement.
• Follow security and confidentiality protocols for payroll and client data.
• Identify and escalate issues to prevent delays in output.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and replenish supplies as needed.
• Load/unload paper stock and support production equipment.
• Execute daily printing tasks across multiple platforms with accuracy.
• Monitor job progress and address interruptions promptly.
• Maintain on-site presence for secure system access and collaboration.
• Build relationships across teams to ensure smooth operations.
