Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Distribution Specialist to ensure client satisfaction by managing the printing and packaging of payrolls for the client base. You will assemble payroll packages, operate mail/shipping equipment, and ensure timely processing and accurate packaging.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with internal teams, and adherence to security and audit procedures to protect client information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based printing solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Assembles payroll packages and prepares for client delivery to meet deadlines.
• Operates printing and shipping equipment and ensures accuracy of packages.
• Inspects payroll checks and coordinates daily mail processing.
• Maintains accurate tracking and security of package flow.
• Follows security and audit procedures to protect client data.
