Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Service Operations Distribution Specialist to manage payroll package printing and packaging for our client base, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will operate printers and mail equipment, coordinate daily processing, and uphold security and quality standards while collaborating with internal teams.

This role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with courier services, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with cloud-based printing solutions.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and other courier services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assembles payroll packages according to client number and prepares for delivery to meet quality and production timelines.
• Operates various office equipment (mail and shipping PCs, printers, sealers) to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Inspects printed payroll checks and packages for pickup and delivery.
• Coordinates and performs timely daily posting of mail and overnight labels to schedules.
• Ensures security and audit procedures protect client information and tracks packages.
