Vensure Employer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Service Operations Distribution Specialist to ensure accurate payroll packaging and timely delivery for our client base. You will assemble payroll packages, operate printers and mailing equipment, and verify documents for accuracy and security.

In this role, you will coordinate daily mail processing, maintain production readiness, and support both internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience with cloud-based printing solutions preferred.
• 1 year experience with administrative and clerical procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of HR Pyramid recommended.
• Knowledge of PrismHR recommended.
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS and other courier services.

Aufgaben

• Assemble payroll packages by client number and prepare for delivery.
• Operate printers, mail machines, and other office equipment to ensure timely production.
• Inspect payroll checks and package items for accuracy.
• Coordinate daily mailing and labeling schedules.
• Maintain package tracking and security procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
