Job summary

The Ōnin Group is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to ensure accurate payroll, support team relations, and maintain efficient administrative operations. You will track timekeeping, resolve discrepancies, and assist with PTO inquiries while collaborating with onsite leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, customer service mindset, and flexibility to support plant floor needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll, HR, staffing experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with numbers and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll by managing timekeeping systems and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide top-tier support for employee questions regarding time, pay, and PTO.
• Collaborate closely with onsite teams and leadership to maintain smooth operations.
• Track FMLA, generate staffing reports, and maintain teammate records in Kronos and PeopleSoft.
• Perform administrative duties such as record updates, badge creation, and supply management.
• Occasionally support operations on the plant floor and work flexible hours when needed.
