AllianceHCM is seeking a Payroll Operations Supervisor in The Woodlands, TX to lead a growing payroll team and drive process improvements across our client services. You will oversee accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in multi-state payroll, shaping a high-performance payroll function.

In this full-time role, you’ll coach a team, set performance expectations, and develop talent while ensuring adherence to payroll laws and tax regulations.

Qualifications

• CPP Certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of payroll experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing payroll or client service teams.
• Strong expertise in multi-state payroll, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of payroll professionals while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence of payroll services for a growing organization.
• Coach and mentor employees, establish performance expectations, and support career development.
• Oversee compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and multi-state requirements.
• Resolve complex payroll situations, advise on risk management and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and technology enhancements.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that contribute to AllianceHCM's ongoing success.
