Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is hiring a full-time Payroll Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to clients. The role handles full-cycle payroll, onboarding, and HR system support, with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution of issues.

This position requires 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, knowledge of federal/state taxes, and CPP/FPC certification. A bilingual candidate is a plus; strong communication and detail-orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle multi-state payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax compliance, wage and hour laws.
• Experience with payroll or HCM platforms in SaaS environments.
• CPP or FPC designation.
• Bilingual is a plus; detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll from time and attendance, file feeds, and time sheets.
• Support clients with applicant tracking, onboarding, employee self-service, payroll, and HR systems.
• Maintain client payroll records, time/attendance, benefits, deductions, and support orders.
• Communicate with clients by phone or email and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify efficiency improvements and assist with special projects as needed.
