Job summary

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required; combination may be substituted.
• At least 5 years in general accounting; 2+ years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Ceridian HRIS and QuickBooks Pro preferred.
• Proactive, detail oriented with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and billing; maintain records.
• Process semi-monthly payroll and support timekeeping; reconcile reports.
• Produce financial reports and assist with GAAP and DCAA compliance.
• Serve as main payroll/accounting contact for employees and training as needed.
