Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned responsibilities within predetermined scope, budget, schedule, and risk; coordinates with management, end users, and vendors.
• Develops implementation plans and coordinates tasks to ensure timely completion; reports status to area managers.
• Tracks outstanding items and conducts quality assurance audits.
• Identifies inefficiencies and recommends automation to improve workflows.
• Assists in developing plans, goals, budgets, and procedures for functional areas.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations in assigned components.
• Creates reports and presentations for management and may supervise others.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
