Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of payroll experience.
Experience processing payroll for a multi-state, multi-entity employee population.
Knowledge of payroll principles and tax withholding rules.
Responsibilities
Compile and validate payroll data for multiple companies and states.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws.
Run, audit, and distribute payroll reports using Excel.
