Administers and provides subject matter expert support for one key human resources function and general support in various other functions which may include talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Ability to keyboard 35 wpm and operate a 10-key by touch required. Word processing and spreadsheet software experience required; excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to plan and organize work, work effectively in teams, establish effective relationships and networks, good analytical skills and ability to draw valid conclusions required.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to design and deliver effective presentations in front of varying size audiences. Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract variables.
