La Mesa RV is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to oversee all payroll operations for our Phoenix-based team. You will manage semi-monthly and sales payroll, process off-cycle payments, verify timekeeping, and ensure accurate deductions while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience, Paycom proficiency, and strong attention to detail. This position offers healthcare coverage and a 401K, with a family-focused culture in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with payroll data processing and confidentiality handling.
• Proficiency in Paycom or similar payroll systems; strong numerical skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly and sales payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare off-cycle payments, manual checks, and final pay for terminations.
• Audit timekeeping data, garnishments, and deductions for accuracy.
• Respond to employee pay inquiries and maintain payroll records.
• Stay compliant with federal, state, and local payroll laws and deadlines.
