Qualifications

• 3-5 years payroll processing experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Hands-on Paycom experience including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of wage withholding, garnishments, and multi-state payroll regulations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee biweekly payroll for 1,300+ employees across multiple states.
• Administer wage garnishments and tax withholdings accurately.
• Maintain Paycom records and configure payroll settings.
• Prepare payroll reports for leadership and audits.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
