Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years end-to-end payroll experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing/logistics/multi-site payroll leadership preferred.
• Proficient in Workday Payroll and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly/weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and executive staff.
• Ensure multi-state and multi-province tax compliance across sites.
• Audit payroll inputs/outputs and standardize SOPs across the network.
• Lead, train, and mentor the payroll team and collaborate with HR.
