P\S\L Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to independently manage the accurate, timely payroll for US and Canadian operations. This role leads the full payroll lifecycle, partnering with Talent, Finance, Legal, and vendors to maintain strong controls and scalable practices.

The ideal candidate will handle multi‑jurisdiction payroll accounting, statutory reporting, and 401(k) payroll support while delivering a confidential, high‑service experience to employees and stakeholders.

Formación

• Lead end-to-end biweekly payroll processing for US and Canadian employees.
• Ensure accurate payroll inputs and compliance with federal, state, local and provincial requirements.
• Coordinate year-end reporting, W-2s and cross-border tax obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Own US and Canadian payroll processing lifecycle and reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance calendars for payroll, tax and reporting deadlines.
• Respond to payroll notices, audits, and inquiries with timely, accurate actions.
• Administer and reconcile benefits deductions and 401(k) payroll interactions.
• Collaborate with Talent, Finance, Legal, and vendors to improve processes.
• Ensure secure handling of payroll data per policy and privacy rules.
