Qualifications

• 5-7 years of payroll experience in a dedicated payroll function, with multiple states/jurisdictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and wage calculations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-state payroll processing and related activities.
• Configure payroll in HRIS and generate reports.
• Assist with system conversions and payroll/time attendance implementations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws.
• Audit 401(k), benefits, and payroll data monthly/quarterly.
