Novonesis is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Franklinton, NC, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will manage payroll systems, ensure accuracy, and drive improvements across North America to support a positive employee experience.

The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and project leadership, with opportunities to lead year-end initiatives and acquisitions-related payroll efforts. A strong communication mindset is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred with at least five years of payroll experience.
• In lieu of a degree, ten years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, accounting, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain payroll systems and interfaces, including Ceridian Dayforce, Time & Attendance, and HRDE platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy across payroll and connected systems.
• Investigate and resolve payroll issues while providing exceptional support across all organizational levels.
• Serve as the functional expert for payroll accounting, compliance, and payroll-related controls.
• Review system configurations and payroll processes to identify enhancement opportunities and optimize performance.
• Coordinate payroll exception processing, reconciliations, and accounting activities.
