North Carolina State University is seeking a Payroll Processing Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee payroll operations for 10,000 monthly and 8,000 biweekly staff, directing a team of four payroll specialists to ensure accurate and timely payments.

The role requires a post-baccalaureate credential with 5+ years of payroll experience, supervisory capability, and strong Excel/ERP skills. A hybrid remote work arrangement is available.

Formación

• 5+ years of payroll experience in a large organization.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system knowledge.
• Ability to explain complex payroll rules clearly.
• Experience with garnishments and regulatory payroll reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a four-person payroll team to ensure accurate processing.
• Oversee daily payroll operations, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Communicate payroll policies and deadlines to campus partners.
• Coordinate system updates, audits, and process improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls and support campus-wide payroll needs.
