Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• At least five years of payroll operations experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, timekeeping, compliance, controls, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex payroll issues and escalations, ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.
• Support payroll system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementations.
• Maintain payroll controls, compliance procedures, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate payroll reporting, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy and automate repetitive tasks.
• Support system implementations and organizational changes; document standardized procedures.
