R-2 Contractors is seeking a Payroll Manager in Prineville, OR to oversee payroll operations for 250+ employees across several states. The role handles union payroll, prevailing wage compliance, and IRA reporting while guiding payroll staff and ensuring accurate tax filings and year-end processes.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative finance team in a civil construction environment.

• Experience managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Knowledge of union payroll and fringe benefit reporting.
• Experience with prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, and certified payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, and year-end reporting.
