The position requires expert knowledge of multi-state payroll, payroll tax filings, and collaboration with Compliance, HR, and Project Management teams. On-site in Prineville, OR with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Knowledge of union payroll and fringe benefit reporting.
• Familiarity with prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.
• Understanding of payroll tax compliance and year-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and payroll processing for 250+ employees across multiple states.
• Administer payroll under union collective bargaining agreements.
• Oversee prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, and certified payroll requirements.
• Support IRA labor compliance documentation and related reporting.
• Manage payroll taxes, audits, garnishments, and year-end processing.
