This on-site position offers an annual salary range and benefits, with collaborative work across Compliance, HR, and Project Management teams to continually improve payroll performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Knowledge of union payroll and fringe benefit reporting.
• Experience with prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, and certified payroll requirements.
• Payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, and year-end reporting.
• Ability to lead payroll staff and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and payroll processing for 250+ employees across multiple states.
• Administer payroll under multiple union collective bargaining agreements, including wage rates and fringe benefit programs.
• Oversee prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, and certified payroll requirements.
• Support IRA prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance.
• Manage payroll tax filings, audits, garnishments, year-end processing, and W-2 reporting.
• Maintain payroll controls, reconciliations, and payroll-related general ledger accounts.
• Lead and develop payroll staff and identify process improvements.
