Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, or HR.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, multi-state.
• Hands-on expertise with major payroll systems (ADP, Ceridian, UKG).
• Experience with payroll implementations and system configuration.
• Strong payroll compliance knowledge and project management experience.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing across multiple states and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Review payroll audits, year-end activities, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Lead payroll system ownership, configuration, and integrations.
• Manage payroll-related projects from initiation to go-live.
