T2M Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an experienced Payroll Manager for a growing business in the Newark area. You will lead an established payroll team and ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery while supporting business growth.

The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office. You will oversee end-to-end payroll, pension submissions, and compliance with UK HMRC regulations, providing expert support to staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing a payroll team.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end payroll for hourly-paid staff.
• Desirable professional payroll qualification (e.g. CIPP).
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC rules, and auto-enrolment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and coach the payroll team to deliver accurate, timely payroll.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes and schedules across the organisation.
• Manage pension submissions and auto-enrolment compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and related employment laws.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll queries for employees and stakeholders.
• Implement payroll best practices to improve accuracy and service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with payroll software providers and ensure updates.
