Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Workday is required; UKG is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day payroll operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Train and develop payroll staff with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations, audits, and off-cycle payments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and stay current on changes.
• Drive process improvements and support payroll systems upgrades.
