Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in payroll, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Experience with Workday is required; UKG preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day payroll operations for timely, accurate processing.
• Train and develop payroll staff with ongoing coaching.
• Oversee all payroll activities including regular and off-cycle runs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
