Job summary

Datasite is seeking a senior payroll leader to oversee accurate and timely payroll for 1,000+ employees across the U.S., Canada, Costa Rica, and Brazil.

You will manage a two-person payroll team and collaborate with Accounting, Finance, HR, Treasury and Legal on compliance, reporting, and system upgrades to support scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years payroll leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S., Canada and international payroll regulatory requirements.
