Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience with payroll systems setup and deductions.
• Solid understanding of CA and federal wage/hour laws.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong collaboration and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage payroll taxes, wage garnishments, and reporting obligations.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and payroll reporting for leadership.
• Process full-cycle payroll weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly.
• Advise on best practices for new hires, terminations, benefits, and loans.
