Bookman Consulting seeks a Payroll Manager for Santa Fe Springs on-site. You will lead a large, headcount-heavy payroll operation with union payroll exposure and prevailing wage requirements.

Our client is a large and growing multi-entity conglomerate with operations across several states, and they’re currently looking for a Payroll Manager. This position will impact company operations day one and work with a great existing team that feels more like family! This person must have significant payroll management experience within large organizations along with union experience

Payroll Manager (Santa Fe Springs - On Site):

• Must be on-site 5x a week in Santa Fe Springs (Southeast LA/Northeast OC area)
• Must have experience processing payroll for union employees
• Must have experience with Prevailing Wage
• Must be strong in payroll reporting
• Must have hands-on, full-cycle payroll experience in an environment with significant headcount
• Should have experience managing/mentoring others in payroll
• Salary likely $130k - $150k base + bonus, benefits, 401k PTO, etc
