Job summary

Player 15 Group in Phoenix is seeking a Payroll Intern to support all facets of payroll while contributing to broader department initiatives. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

You will help maintain files, update Excel data, assist with timecard corrections, and research payroll issues under the guidance of the Payroll Team. The position offers hands-on experience in payroll operations within a community-driven company.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and organizing files, paper and electronic
• Assist with updating and maintaining data within Excel Spreadsheets
• Provide data entry support for Payroll Team
• Provide support to managers with timecard corrections and approvals
• Assist with research of payroll issues
• Other duties as assigned.
