Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate files for data conversion and balance data between systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve payroll questions.
• Train clients in a pre-live environment by phone, video, or onsite.
• Review and format customer forms, invoices, and financial statements.
• Assist with database setup for add-on applications and maintain clear progress documentation.
