Caselle, based in Provo, Utah, is seeking a Client Service Analyst to support customers via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot issues, and maximize value from our software. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Implementation teams to ensure positive experiences and solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, troubleshooting skills, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed; payroll experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, support, or help desk roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication—clear, empathetic, and professional.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with curiosity and patience.
• Comfort with technology and helping people succeed with it.
• Bonus: payroll or light accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn new systems and explain complex ideas in simple, friendly ways.
