Complete Payroll Processing Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to service clients through all aspects of payroll setup, data import, QA, and resolving issues.

You will accurately key and reconcile payroll and accounting information, organize client data, enter GL from COA, and configure time-off formulas.

The role emphasizes client communication, meeting deadlines, problem solving, and providing maintenance and transition support for ongoing accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-orientation are essential.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office is expected.
• Payroll knowledge or project-management exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize client information to ensure accurate entry of tax liabilities and demographics.
• Enter general ledger data from the chart of accounts.
• Program time-off formulas into payroll software.
• Communicate with clients to meet deadlines.
• Resolve data discrepancies using problem-solving skills.
• Provide maintenance for current clients and support the Transition Service Manager.
