Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, based in Chandler, AZ, is seeking an entry‑level Service Operations Associate to support payroll, HRIS, tax, and workflow services. You will perform data entry, assist with user setup, and help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate with Tax, Benefits, HR, and Operations teams, assist with routine inquiries, and participate in on‑site activities to ensure secure access and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related HCM environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist payroll processing and data entry with accuracy.
• Respond to routine client and employee inquiries.
• Support setup tasks in client systems and ensure proper data entry.
• Collaborate with Tax, Benefits, HR, and Operations teams.
• Monitor queues and assist with issue escalation.
