Qualifications

• Strong GL experience including payroll accounting, reconciliations, journal entries.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll processing across multiple business units and entities.
• Perform payroll accounting activities, including payroll-to-GL reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and month-end support.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, data transactions, reporting, testing, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, filings, year-end processing, and audit requirements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and business leaders to resolve issues and improve payroll and HRIS processes.
