Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle (end-to-end) payroll processing for a diverse employee population, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Review payroll data, audits, and reports to identify discrepancies, maintain data accuracy, and support continuous process improvements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to streamline payroll operations and enhance reporting efficiencies.
• Support employee compensation activities, including bonuses, special earnings, payroll adjustments, and other variable pay components.
• Ensure adherence to payroll tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions.
• Act as a trusted resource for employee payroll-related questions while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of payroll experience supporting multi-state payroll for medium-large employee populations.
• Experience working with payroll platforms, HR systems, and timekeeping applications. (Paylocity, ADP, PeopleSoft)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll practices, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
