Job summary

Pure Ground Ingredients seeks a Payroll & HR Specialist to lead payroll administration and support HR functions across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with leadership to ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance in a hands-on environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

The role reports to the CFO and requires strong organization, discretion, and service-oriented mindset to support employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in payroll administration and HR.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with federal and Nevada employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing bi-weekly and ensure accuracy.
• Manage employee records, benefits, onboarding, and HR data.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits audits and timekeeping processes.
• Assist with HR reporting and special projects as needed.
